Four More Mono-Smoothies: Strawberry, Zucchini, Ginger, and Kiwi!

Mono-Smoothies simply rawk! I haven’t been so excited about something related to food since the advent of Live Green Smoothies. They are easy, cheap, fast… and did I say cheap? For anyone who is on a tight budget and still wants to eat maximally healthy, adding some Mono-Smoothies every day will definitely make a difference!
It just takes a single type of fresh, raw fruit, vegetable, greens, herb, or root… paired with some raw honey and spring water, you’ve got a simple, light, delicious smoothie filled with living enzymes and rich, undenatured nutrients. Drink a few of those every day and you’ll be high on some great energy!
Here’s a set of four Mono-Smoothie recipes made with Pineapple, Red Pepper, Pumpkin, and Mint.
Fresh Strawberry Mono-Smoothie

Zucchini Mono-Smoothie
(Great flavored with Vanilla, Raw Chocolate, Orange Blossom Water, Rose Water, or Elderflower Water!)
