This is unspeakable delicious and mouth-filling with flavor, with a creamy, savory dressing not unlike a true Caesar. The ingredients list is very different, though the concept is similar.
It’s all raw, all vegan, and much quicker & easier than the original Caesar!
One batch serves one, satisfyingly.

I am so moved by your before and after photos. I can’t believe the difference. I am in the before picture and everything you said you felt in the before is me. I am 37 and feel so old. I am embarrassed and shocked at how old my face and body looks compared to 12 years ago. I feel people who haven’t seen me in that time would be shocked.
I feel life is passing me by and I can’t do anything. I feel trapped. Going raw scares me as don’t want to do it and then gain it all back if I can do it. Also, what about dinners – I can’t see my 6 year old eating raw. However, I have a Vitamix to make green smoothies. Not sure what to eat for other meals. Your pics are an inspiration. Thanks!

Take heart, Jenny — major turnarounds are possible and within reach, and you are younger than I was when I managed the one in those photos. 
I also felt very old, and the change was like night and day because I felt like I gained 20 years of my life back.
You don’t have to go 100% raw to make a big change, and it doesn’t have to affect your 6 year old’s diet. What I would recommend is to read my “Live Green Smoothie 85% Challenge” page because that’s the approach that worked for me. It still included cooked food, but I used Live Green Smoothies (3 blenderfuls every day, as often as possible) plus replacing cooked meals with raw foods as much as possible (treating cooked food more as a condiment, generally speaking).
And if you get your body moving on a daily basis, even for short stretches & just enough to get a good sweat on, you *will* begin to see big changes! And you’ll feel so much better…

I did send you a message through your contact form but I just have to say I think your before and after photos are amazing.
