Super-Rich Vanilla-Macadamia Ice Cream… The “Haagen Dazs” of Raw Vegan Ice Creams!

This is a super-creamy, super-dense, super-rich raw vegan ice cream that whips up in minutes. You probably need a high-powered Blendtec or VitaMix to make it… or perhaps a good food processor.
What a great recipe for company… serve up with fresh berries and you’ll have a delicious dessert that’s super-nutritious for you as well. Rich in both calcium (from fresh almond milk) and magnesium (the macadamias) (this entire batch is nearly 1/2 the US RDA…), it’s great for bones, muscles, metabolism, sleep, PMS, and a host of other important things required for balance and well-being.
The recipe as-is is rich but not-too-sweet. You could make it sweeter… and even more vanilla-y. But taste first. I’m a complete and utter vanilla whore, so you’ll have to weight your taste buds against my own preferences.
