“Angelic Grapetini” AKA Fresh Grape Tequilatini (A Raw Cocktail… with Virgin Recipe Too!)

Normally I put my Raw Cocktail recipes out on Friday nights, but this evening has the feel of a weekend night in my home so I’ve officially moved Friday to Thursday. No three-day weekend for me, but Festive Thursdays are a fun treat!
This raw cocktail is made using fresh grapes and freshly squeezed lime juice. No artificially flavored, bottled mixers here. No sweeteners whatsoever. And you can make the martini either with or without the booze, so “virgins” can enjoy this drink just as well!
Of course… I’ve made this recipe with my beloved Black Medallion dark tequila, by Jose Cuervo. I’m a serious lover of that agave plant. (Wonder if I can grow one at home…?) You could use vodka if you’d like… pick your favorite flavored vodka, perhaps. But I’m a lover of dark tequila in many forms. If you’ve never tried it… I’ve converted more than my share of people who’ve sworn off tequila for life. 
So… whip up some cheer, pour it out in your favorite over-sized martini glass, and… Olé!
